Unlike Attorneys and Loan Modification companies, we DO NOT charge any money upfront. We treat all of our clients as part of the family, we listen to our client’s specific needs and we try to address them. What sets us apart from other companies is that we don’t over promise results. We give realistic numbers to make sure that the new payments will be affordable. We want to make sure that our clients are informed of all available modification programs, especially programs that banks rarely talk about. Some of these modification programs include a principle balance reduction. More surprisingly, most of these programs are federally funded and are completely free.

The truth is, banks are not required to modify loans. In fact, only a very small percentage of homeowners actually get help from their banks directly.


How we can help.

The first step is to see if you actually qualify for help. In order for us to determine what program best fits your situation, we would need your income documentation and mortgage information. We have an extensive underwriting process to determine what you may or may not qualify for. If we determine that you qualify for a loan modification program, we would be willing to work on your behalf. At this point in the process, you as the homeowner are not liable for any fees. If we determine that your debt to income ratio meets the program guidelines, we will provide you with a Loan Modification Working Agreement.

If you would like to hire Home Retention Alliance of California to assist you with the loan modification, you are only required to sign the Loan Modification Working Agreement; we do not accept any upfront fees. We start the process by completing and submitting the loan modification package to the lender. We will process your file, follow up with your lender and provide them with any and all documentation that they require.


Our promise.

At this point, unlike law firms, we do this all without any payment from the homeowner. If and only if, we are successful with getting you approved for a loan modification, will any fees be due. Whether the process takes three weeks or three months you don’t pay anything until the loan modification is approved.


Simply put: we don’t deserve to get paid unless we do our job first.
